There a few primary differences in our service vs. Geek Squad services.

1.      We do the work ourselves. Geek Squad last year, implemented a system called Agent Johnny Utah. These people are in countries that have no similar privacy laws that are in the US. So in other words, your computer with your saved bank passwords, government contacts, ETC; are being accessed by "Bob" in India, Pakistan, and various other countries around the world.

2.       No up sell. We will not up sell you on anything. An Agent's RPT or Revenue Per Transaction is around $250.00. Which means if you are spending less than that, their goal is to get you to spend

3.      Price. We charge $40 per half hour for local residents. That is the in-home computer repair rate for Eastvale and local residents. Geek Squad charges $299.99 for their Virus Removal. We estimate our time for removal at about 60-90 minutes. 

4.      We are real techs. Geek Squad hires people based on their Salesmen and Customer Service skills before they hire on their Technical Prowess. They would rather train a salesman to be a tech than train a tech to be a salesman. Best Buy primarily bought Geek Squad to be a sales arm for their Computer Services.
