Kudos to our "Office"

  I have been asked many times about our call center we use to field our calls. They are called Central Communications in Riverside, CA. You can see their site and service http://www.centralcomm.com/.

I started to use them when I did my first mailing drop in 2006. I did not want my cell phone ringing off the hook during work hours (when I was an office monkey). So, I hired them to field my calls. They email me and text message me when you get off the phone with them so when I call you back I know what the issue is.

They have been a wonderful asset to have. 24 hours a day you can call them and they pick up. They will patch through you call directly to my cell and have given me and my customers terrific service over the last few years. If I miss a call back and you tell them that, they call me direct and get me in person telling me I have missed calling someone back. They have fielded over 4,500 calls for me without a single copmplaint.
